Most of these errors refer to StayLinked Server or host configuration issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>eSP Error ID:<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Error Message Text<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Possible Causes and Solutions<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0001<\/td><td>No Hosts Defined<\/td><td>No Host defined in the StayLinked Administrator. Use the StayLinked Administrator to define Telnet hosts.   <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0002<\/td><td>Host Not Responding<\/td><td>Bad Host address or port. Confirm the Host address and Telnet port information in the Telnet Host configuration. Host might be unreachable on the network. Confirm that the Telnet Host is currently available on the network. <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0003<\/td><td>No Keymap Found<\/td><td>The Device Type is not cross referenced to a keyboard map for this Host Emulation. Use the StayLinked Administrator to add a keyboard map for this Device Type and Host Emulation combination. Possible unknown Device Type.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0004<\/td><td>Bad License Key  Authentication Error Admin. Config. Error No TE Seats Available No Multi Seats Remain<\/td><td>Use the StayLinked Administrator to review the license information. Does the key refer to the correct Server Serial Number? For IBM i Platforms, the STAYLINKED user profile might be disabled or have no password. Review the STAYLINKED user profile.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0005<\/td><td>WSID Not Available<\/td><td>The 5250 session is unable to allocate the specific device description. The device description on the IBM i does not exist or is not varied on. Or, the device description has no interactive subsystem in which to run.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0006<\/td><td>Device Not Allowed Device Group Is Full Blowfish Required<\/td><td>The device is assigned to a Device Group that is set to not allow connections or has a maximum session limit defined. See \u2018Manage Device Groups\u2019. <strong>The server is configured to require Blowfish Encryption and the StayLinked Client does not support that encryption.<\/strong> See \u2018Server Settings\u2019.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0007<\/td><td>Client Not Compatible<\/td><td>The old eSP-Link Client installed on the device is not compatible with the new StayLinked Server. Please upgrade the Client software on the device to the latest StayLinked build, which is available on the http:\/\/<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stay-linked.com\/\">www.stay-linked.com<\/a> web site.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0008<\/td><td>Could not get device config.<\/td><td>The server was unable to communicate with the device to retrieve the device configuration. Probable network traffic   problems. Simply re-attempt the connection.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0009<\/td><td>Multi Sessions Denied<\/td><td>The device is a member of a Device Group that does not allow multi sessions. Review the device group settings for this device.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0010<\/td><td>Unable to connect to Shared Session.<\/td><td>The server was unable to connect to the shared session. Simply re-attempt the connection.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0011<\/td><td>Various SSH Errors<\/td><td>Bad SSH User\/Password<br>SSH Password Expired<br>Unsupported Authentication<br>SSH Disconnected<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0012<\/td><td>SSH Not Supported<\/td><td>SSH Support for StayLinked requires at least Java JRE 1.4.2-06 and the latest StayLinked Support JAR files.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0013<\/td><td>SSH Logon Cancelled<\/td><td>The user cancelled the SSH logon prompt screens.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0014<\/td><td>Various SSL Errors<\/td><td>Server Cert. Not Trusted<br>Client Cert. Not Provided<br>Client Cert. Not Found<br>Client Cert. Bad Password<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>eSP0015<\/td><td>Device Not DM Capable<\/td><td>The device is not capable of running a DM Only session.
