In IBM installations, it is caused by changes in IBM security requirements that no longer accept the encryption provider used by the Java files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upgrading to the current published<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.staylinked.com\/sl\/kb\/knowledge-base\/server-installation-guide-ibmi-i5-os-os-400\/#installing-upgrade-staylinked-software\"> server upgrade <\/a>will resolve this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may need to schedule this upgrade to affect the fewest number of users since the process will require a restart of StayLinked and end user sessions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prior installations of StayLinked on IBMi machines may not show a username field when logging in to the StayLinked Administrator.
