After hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays with \u201clive human\u201d response to initiate incident and connect with StayLinked Corporation\u2019s on-call tech support staff (4 hour technical resource response).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e-Mail Submission Tech Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day for non-critical support-related issues and inquiries by sending an e-mail transmission to support@StayLinked.com (technical resource response by end of next business day). An automated e-mail reply to the sender\u2019s e-mail address indicates receipt of transmission by StayLinked Corporation\u2019s online Support system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Software Updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Updates between version releases are made available via password protected download from our website www.StayLinked.com<\/a> at no additional charge to customers with a current maintenance agreement in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disaster Recovery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

StayLinked Corporation will allow customers with a current maintenance agreement in place to replicate their licensed StayLinked software environment onto an additional CPU for disaster recovery purposes at no additional charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Software Upgrades<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Electronic Technical Resources<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

StayLinked Corporation maintains a significant collection of technical information related to StayLinked (including Frequently Asked Questions and other documentation) that is made available either online via our website www.StayLinked.com<\/a> or via e-mail from our technical staff to better inform our maintenance customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

License Transfer Option<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

StayLinked Corporation will allow customers with a current maintenance agreement in place to transfer their permanent license from one production machine to a new production machine at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
