After-Hours Toll-Free Telephone Emergency Support<\/strong> – After hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays with \"live human\" response to initiate incident and connect with StayLinked Corporation's on-call tech support staff (4 hour technical resource response).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e-Mail Submission Tech Support <\/strong>– Available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day for non-critical support-related issues and inquiries by sending an e-mail transmission to support@StayLinked.com<\/strong> (technical resource response by end of next business day). An automated e-mail reply to the sender's e-mail address indicates receipt of transmission by StayLinked Corporation's online Support system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Software Updates<\/strong> – Updates between version releases are made available via password protected download from our website www.StayLinked.com<\/strong> at no additional charge to customers with a current maintenance agreement in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electronic Technical Resources<\/strong> – StayLinked Corporation maintains a significant collection of technical information related to StayLinked (including Frequently Asked Questions and other documentation) that is made available either online via our website www.StayLinked.com<\/strong> or via e-mail from out technical staff to better inform our maintenance customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
