Scripted Password is not Entered

SSH emulation hosts have an option called 'Keyboard Interactive Authentication'. As the name suggests, this host setting/option is intended to require the user to manually enter their password and prevents the user of scripting.

By default, StayLinked will enforce this host setting. It is recommend that the host configuration disables this setting if it is not desired.

Starting in v15.3, the StayLinked Server has an option to ignore this host setting and populate the password with the startup script anyway. Found in the telnet host entry at the bottom of the dialogue an emulation property can be added to change this behavior.

When using the emulation type VT-SmartTE you can set the emulation property SSH Enforce Keyboard Interactive to False. This will allow StayLinked to enter the password from the script even though the host configuration should not allow it.
