From the connections list, you can refresh the listing to see the current list of sessions. Select the desired session, by right-clicking on it. Select 'Commands' and 'Send Message' from the dialog box. This will open a message window allow to type a message to this specific session. The user will need to press 'Esc' to clear the message and return to work.
You can also send a message to multiple sessions by using the multi-select tool, shift, or control to gather the sessions you want to message. Each client will need to press 'Esc' to clear the message and return to work.
