Clearing Cookies and Cache

In order to manage session data effectively, improve privacy, and prevent session leakage across users, sometimes it is necessary (and considered best practice) to clear cookies and cache at key session events.

In the 'General' category of the Configuration Tool, both cookies and cache can independently be set to clear on SmartBrowser launch, launch of a first session, and when all sessions have ended via the 'End Sessions' button.

Clear cache and cookies on SmartBrowser launch is turned on by default.

Turn on the slider to ALL that apply.
