The Administrator account may become locked and prevent access to SmartHub.
The account can be reset by placing a special blank file in one of the folders for SmartHub and restarting the SmartHub process. This will end all active sessions on the SmartHub and would typically be scheduled for a time that would impact the fewest possible users.
Create an empty file named 'resetadmin.xml' and place it in the config subdirectory of the SmartHub application. Once the file is in place, stop and start the SmartHub process and the file should be automatically deleted. Once the file is automatically cleaned up, you will be able to log in to the administrator account with the default password of esp.
