In rare cases it is possible that Autoinstall on Android devices fails to correctly install an .APK or .ZIP package. This occurs when the name of that package has been added to it's database of installed packages, it is not possible to install it again.
There are 2 possible work arounds:
- Rename the file in the ../honeywell/autoinstall folder, so it is seen as a file which has not been installed yet, or
- Clear the Autoinstall database as follows:
- Go to 'Settings' > 'Apps'
- From this 'All apps' list, tap on 'AutoInstall'
- Tap on 'Storage'
- Tap on the button 'Clear Data' and confirm.
Now the installation database should be reset, and all .APK's and .ZIP packages in the ../honeywell/autoinstall folders should be re-installed again.
This can be done by means of the Autoinstall app, or by means of a reboot.
