StayLinked on IBMi Does Not Show User Name

Prior installations of StayLinked on IBMi machines may not show a username field when logging in to the StayLinked Administrator.

This happens when StayLinked is unable to open or use the database for user accounts and often also effects the StayLinked Usage Tracking database. In IBM installations, it is caused by changes in IBM security requirements that no longer accept the encryption provider used by the Java files.

Upgrading to the current published server upgrade will resolve this issue.

You may need to schedule this upgrade to affect the fewest number of users since the process will require a restart of StayLinked and end user sessions.
